Daily journal October 19, 2000 More cremations, next to a crematory. end of a series.
Less people are having funerals and more are having cremations. It has not been long since I first heard the word "cremation". A strange building not far from here has been renovated and I've just learned that it’s a crematory already in business. It could be that higher prices for funerals and burials are causing the increase in the cremation. I would never want to be burned dead or alive, I want my bones to remain just in case I do come back, actually, I do not intend to die but realizing that is a possibility someday, I expect the Lord to come during my life. I expect to be changed then in a moment and in the twinkling of an eye to my new body where I can be with Christ wherever he is. I do not want to be in ashes scattered over the sea. Actually I like the Egyptian way to mummy the body and preserve it intact. I might even like freezing the body to perfectly preserve it all though, I trust God to change it if I am living or to resurrect it if I am dead at his coming. I like the idea of being buried in a mausoleum like Christ was in a tomb. The cremation business is so good that people are going into it without being into the funeral business. From the fat I see on people, their lives may be shortened and the earth is being filled. Personally I keep thinking that the Indians may be right about all of their sacred cows, considering how we treat cows and eat cows. Could we please adopt this one of their sayings out of the unholy Hindu tradition of religion? I do not wish to worship cows just, to let them live. I grew up on the dairy farm feeding all the calves and I have never eaten veal in my life. I feel the same way about Lamb and have refused to eat it from my birth. I feel the same way about chicken. If I had to ring a chicken's neck, I would never eat chicken. I am a vegetarian minded person and I do hope I can accomplish that in the very near future one (100) percent. Save us Lord from this stampede of beef and beef fat meat we eat that causes a short and painful life depriving sons and daughters of parents.
Burning at the stake was a favorite for the Romans during the New Testament Ministry time until 330 A.D. when Constantine legalized Christianity as many as 100 million Christians were killed and most of them by burning at the state during the Middle Ages. The government of Rome which is now the Catholic Church continued the killing even more brutally than the old Roman government and it still goes on today. This the cold-blooded hand of Catholicism under the guise of a church has world immunity and has committed more crimes than all the government's of the entire global world. The world will be destroyed by fire and many people are already destroyed by the fire of burning tobacco and the fire in alcohol that destroys the liver. Eight people were killed last week just before daybreak on I-85 in Anderson County 25 miles from us. The flames leaped one hundred feet in the air lighting up the sky. Material things all burn and the Battle of Armageddon is predicted to be all fire. There is enough heat in the sun to burn us all if God were to withhold his protective for just five minutes. There is enough fire in the
earth to flow out and consume the entire world to be buried in hot-ash and liquid fire. We can never be far from fire because we must be tried in the fire spiritually speaking to be refined as pure gold to be ready to meet the Lord and to live with him in that Holy City of Heaven where the streets are paved with gold and the light from his countenance radiates forever. Let us seek first the kingdom of God because it is of all most important.
Mathew 22-30"Far in the Resurrection they neither marry or given in marriage but are as the Angels of God in heaven 31-But as touching the Resurrection of the dead have you not read, that which is spoken unto you by God saying. 32-I Am the God of Abraham".
